The main changes I made today are for the Hinter. I fixed a Point3D comparison bug and improved the point calculation if there is more than one intersection point. Instead of choosing the first point in the intersections list, we choose the one that is closest to the mouse coordinate.
I also investigated an issues that causes the document pane to disappear when the close button on the right side is pressed. For now it’s not possible to re-generate the panel, so I have set the flag that allows the pane to close to false. This does not affect the New file/Open functionality.
The next task is improving the unit tests we have for the Hinter algorithms.
