Cut and Extrude PropertyGrid Improvements

I updated the Cut tool and now the Cut type and depth are now set in the Cut Tab in the Property Grid and can be specified before the sketch to be cut with is selected:

I also updated the Extrude tool so that the height can be set at any time, as well as the extrude type.
