Today I added a fix which updates the base sketch axis after Rotate is performed on a solid. The rotation changes then propagate to the solid and its position is updated. This is what the behaviour was before the fix:

I’ve also improved the way sketch faces are re-generated after a transformation. In this demo you can see Cut to Depth applied on a rotate sketch, with the new sketch face updated correctly and changed on the underlying extrude applied to the cut object:
